Tallinn-CIEE

• This is an IU Co-Sponsored Program
• Semester Program with Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) at Tallinn Study Center

• CIEE "Semester in Tallinn" program track* 
• Courses taught in English at the CIEE Center, Tallinn University, or Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech)
• Courses also available in Russian or Estonian 
• Optional, unpaid internship

• CIEE housing options include:
  • Homestay with local family (single room)
    • Single room and shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom
    • Many, but not all, are English-based
    • Two meals a day provided
  • Residence hall (private room)
    • Meals not included
• Note: Indiana University will not support plans for students to obtain independent housing. Students are required to live in program-provided housing in Tallinn

You may apply if you:

• are an undergraduate student at any Indiana University campus who is making normal academic progress
• are in at least your third full-time semester of college
• have approximately a 2.75 cumulative GPA

Students must have a passport valid for six months beyond program's end date.

Students must be able to demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and self-reliance.

Complete eligibility criteria and selection criteria are outlined within the Academic Policies and Procedures of Education Abroad. Selection is based on maturity, seriousness of purpose, and appropriateness of match between program and applicant. Students on disciplinary probation during program period are ineligible.
