Stockholm-DIS

• This is an IU Co-Sponsored Program
• Summer Program at DIS Study Abroad in Scandinavia
• This summer program fulfills the IUB general education World Languages & Cultures requirement (College BA majors are still required to fulfill four semesters of a language)

• Courses taught in English by local faculty at the DIS Center for DIS students only
• Must choose one of the following program combinations: 
  • one course from Session I and one course from Session II (May 21 to July 5, 2024) 
  • one course from Session II and one course from Session III (June 16 to July 27, 2024) 
• All Session II courses include extensive study tours to various Scandinavian and European cities

You may apply if you:

• are an undergraduate student at any Indiana University campus who is making normal academic progress
• are in at least your fourth full-time semester of college
• have approximately a 3.0 cumulative GPA

Prerequisites apply for certain courses.

Students must have a passport valid for six months beyond program's end date.

Students must be able to demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and self-reliance.

Complete eligibility criteria and selection criteria are outlined within the Academic Policies and Procedures of Education Abroad. Selection is based on maturity, seriousness of purpose, and appropriateness of match between program and applicant. Students on disciplinary probation during program period are ineligible.
