• Semester Business Program with Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) with the Universidad de Sevilla and Universidad Pablo de Olavide

• CIEE "Business & Society" program track*
• Required 2-week Intensive Business Spanish course
• CIEE courses taught in Spanish for U.S. students only
• Business, humanities and social science courses taught in Spanish
• Optional business courses in Spanish with Spanish students at Universidad de Sevilla and Universidad Pablo de Olavide
  
• Optional, unpaid 3-credit internship
  • 8-10 hours/week (min. 100 hours per semester)
  • Placements in accounting, business, engineering, finance, health care, hospitality, IT, marketing, NGOs, sports
• Course equivalencies: Students should inquire with ksabroad@indiana.edu about business credit. For Kelley majors, please contact the Kelley International Programs Office directly for business specific equivalencies.

This program is restricted to students admitted to the Kelley School of Business.

This program will satisfy the IUB GenEd World Language and Culture Requirement.

• CIEE Housing options include:
  • Standard housing
    • single room in homestay (three meals/day included)
    • this option is within a 25-minute walk or direct connection via public transportation to CIEE Seville
  • Select housing
    • single room in residence hall (additional fee charged directly to students)
    • this option is within a 30-minute commute from CIEE Seville (and less than 10 minutes to main building of University of Seville)

• Note: Indiana University will not support plans for students to obtain independent housing. Students are required to live in program-provided housing in Seville.

You may apply if you:

• are an undergraduate student at any Indiana University campus who is making normal academic progress
• are in at least your fourth full-time semester of college
• are a business major
• have taken or are enrolled in fifth semester college-level Spanish with a B average
• have approximately a 3.0 cumulative GPA

Business majors must have completed (or will complete) the KSB prerequisite of the Business Integrative Core (or equivalent coursework at an IU campus outside Bloomington) by the start of the program.

Students must have a passport valid for six months beyond program's end date.

Students must be able to demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and self-reliance.

Complete eligibility criteria and selection criteria are outlined within the Academic Policies and Procedures of Education Abroad. Selection is based on maturity, seriousness of purpose, and appropriateness of match between program and applicant. Students on disciplinary probation during program period are ineligible.
