Buenos Aires-CIEE

• Courses taught in English with students from U.S. universities

• Multi-day study tours
• Optional, 3-credit service learning seminar focusing on the theoretical framework for volunteering in Argentina
  • Requires 75 hours at volunteering site during semester

This program is restricted to students admitted to the Kelley School of Business.

The program will satisfy the IUB Gen Ed World Language and Culture Requirement.

Please note: Indiana University co-sponsors CIEE Open Campus programs as single-site options only through standard billing and academic arrangements between IU and the program provider.     • single room in homestay (two meals/day included)

• Note: Indiana University will not support plans for students to obtain independent housing. Students are required to live in program-provided housing in Buenos Aires.

You may apply if you:

• are an undergraduate student at any Indiana University campus who is making normal academic progress
• are in at least your fourth full-time semester of college
• are an admitted Kelley business student
• have approximately a 2.75 cumulative GPA

No Spanish language background required.

Business majors must have (or will have) successfully completed the KSB prerequisites of the Business Integrative Core (or equivalent coursework at an IU campus outside Bloomington) by the start of the program.

Students must have a passport valid for six months beyond program's end date.

Students must be able to demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and self-reliance.

Complete eligibility criteria and selection criteria are outlined within the Academic Policies and Procedures of Education Abroad. Selection is based on maturity, seriousness of purpose, and appropriateness of match between program and applicant. Students on disciplinary probation during program period are ineligible.
