• Semester Program with the University of Maastricht's Center for European Study (CES)

All dates shown are approximate. For an end date of June 7 (Early Exit), students must enroll in a specific set of classes. Otherwise, the program end date is June 15. Additional housing cost applies for later end date. Please meet with Kelley International Programs to confirm program dates.

• Required introductory Dutch language course (1.5 credits)
• Two CES courses, taught in English by Dutch faculty for U.S. students (3 credits each)
• Two courses with Dutch and other European students at the University of Maastricht, select from business and economics courses (4 credits each)
• Four-day European study trip and academic excursions included in the program fee

This program is restricted to students admitted to the Kelley School of Business.

The program will satisfy the IUB Gen Ed World Language and Culture Requirement.

• Shared dormitory rooms for international students (single rooms available for additional cost)
• Students are required to live in program-provided housing in Maastricht

You may apply if you:

• are an undergraduate student at any Indiana University campus who is making normal academic progress
• are in at least your fourth full-time semester of college
• are an admitted Kelley business student
• have approximately a 3.0 cumulative GPA

Business majors must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA and must have completed (or will complete) the KSB prerequisite of the Business Integrative Core (or equivalent coursework at an IU campus outside Bloomington) by the start of the program.

Students must have a passport valid for six months beyond program's end date.

Students must be able to demonstrate flexibility, resilience, and self-reliance.

Complete eligibility criteria and selection criteria are outlined within the Academic Policies and Procedures of Education Abroad. Selection is based on maturity, seriousness of purpose, and appropriateness of match between program and applicant. Students on disciplinary probation during program period are ineligible.
