Five Indiana University students were recently named recipients of the 2019 Boren Scholarship. The Institute of International Education (IIE), on behalf of the National Security Education (NSEP), awarded a total of 244 David L. Boren Scholarships to undergraduate students in 2019. Boren Scholars and Fellows will live in 39 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East.
The Indiana University students to receive the Boren Scholarship include:
- Grace Bertsch
- Kovenant Lingenfelter
- Ethan McAndrews
- Brooke O'Connor
- Madison O'Day
